What is STS:

The SHILKA.net Tournament System provides everything required to run a large scale Tournament using a web based tool. The tool is mainly targeted for the organisation of tournaments on LAN Parties, but it works as well for longer term internet based organisation of any type of tournament.

• Any combination and number of Leagues/Heats or KnockOut Rounds
• Tournament Templates
• Wildcards
• Placeholder (for unfinished results of a previous rounds)
• Registration for single player or team tournaments
• Different result input modes (e.g. referee/admin only, first opponent, both opponents, both opponents mandatory)
• Export/Import of finished tournaments (even across different user database)
• Special interface layer to allow changes of the outfit. Most of the logic that controls the model is separated from the code that produces the look and feel.
• Multi language support
• build-in content page cacheing for large scale tournaments with high hit rates
